Our family lives on Hilton Head Island during the majority of the year. We only rent our home during the summer months, along with select school holidays during the year. A one week minimum rental is required. Our rates changes seasonally and they are listed as follows:
- October – April = $ 900, Plus $170 Cleaning, Plus 10% State and Local Tax
- May – September = $1,100, Plus $170 Cleaning, Plus 10% State and Local Tax
- Heritage Golf Week April 15 – 21, 2013 = $1,210, which includes Cleaning Fee, State and Local Tax
